Time Out More FAQs
The Time Out More card is a perks card that gives you exclusive access to discounts, offers and benefits at participating venues across the UK - restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream parlours and many more!
You will have 12 months to use your Time Out More card from the date of purchase (or any other Validity Period advised to you at the time of purchase). Your membership expiry date can be found on your digital membership card within the 'My Account' section of the Time Out More website: more.timeout.com/myaccount. If you don't cancel your membership prior to the expiry date and you purchased Time Out more from the Time Out website your membership will auto-renew at the same price you paid. Yes, you can use your Time Out More card as many times as you like for the duration of your membership.
The perks available vary depending on the venue you're visiting and are subject to the venue's particular terms and conditions (i.e. minimum spend or required purchase). You could be entitled to a free starter or dessert, or even a glass of prosecco or bespoke cocktail. Payment can be made by all major debit and credit cards or other methods detailed on the Time Out website. All prices include VAT.
After purchasing your membership you'll receive an email containing your unique activation code. Visit more.timeout.com/account/activatecard to activate your card and create your Time Out More account.
You can browse the offers available at more.timeout.com/offer/browse. Each venue will have its own listings page with details of the offer(s) available and any relevant terms and conditions. If you see an offer you like, use the 'Use now' and 'Save for later' buttons:
The terms and conditions of each offer, including details of any restrictions, will be featured on the individual listing pages on the Time Out More website. Please check the terms and conditions of the offer before visiting.
You'll be able to cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven't used your card to redeem any offers within this period. To cancel, contact Time Out on email@example.com. Please note that your membership will auto-renew at the end of your membership period and you'll be charged the annual fee. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org before the end of your initial membership period to prevent your membership from auto-renewing.

When venues local to you sign up to become a partner, we'll send you details via email (as long as you’re opted in to receive info via email). However please check the Time Out More website regularly to make sure you don't miss out on any new and exciting offers.
You can buy a Time Out More card as a gift for someone else, however they will need to activate the card and register using their own details on the Time Out More website, so that the membership is in their name.
